General and Emergency voucher appointments cannot be booked online. To claim one of our daily allocated voucher appointments you must call the clinic directly. If it is after hours, please use the website chat to request a callback. Online bookings made for vouchers will not be processed.
$50 DEPOSIT FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS
To help us reserve dedicated time for every patient and reduce missed appointments, all online bookings require a $50 booking deposit.
Once your online booking request is received, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to securely process the deposit payment over the phone.
Your appointment will be tentatively held for 24 hours. Deposit payment must be completed within this timeframe for the appointment to be confirmed.
The $50 deposit is fully credited toward your first appointment when you attend. However, if you do not attend your appointment or provide insufficient notice of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
