Metro North voucher patients
Voucher appointments can’t be booked online — call us on (07) 3268 2116 and we’ll hold one of the day’s allocated spots for you.
Online bookings made for Metro North vouchers can’t be processed.
The $50 booking deposit
It comes straight off your bill — here’s how it works.
To reserve dedicated time for every patient, online bookings are secured with a $50 deposit, fully credited toward your treatment when you attend.
- No payment is taken online. After you book, our Hamilton team calls you to process the deposit securely by card.
- Your appointment time is held for 24 hours while we confirm — the deposit just needs to be paid within that window.
- On the day, the full $50 is deducted from your bill.
- If you don’t attend, or cancel with less than two business days’ notice, the deposit is forfeited — it covers the time we’ve set aside for you.
- The deposit also applies to free consultations.
