$50 DEPOSIT FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS
To help us reserve dedicated time for every patient and reduce missed appointments, all online bookings require a $50 booking deposit.
Once your online booking request is received, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to securely process the deposit payment over the phone.
Your appointment will be tentatively held for 24 hours. Deposit payment must be completed within this timeframe for the appointment to be confirmed.
The $50 deposit is fully credited toward your first appointment when you attend. However, if you do not attend your appointment or provide insufficient notice of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time, as appointment availability is often limited.

A missing tooth. Constant pain. You’ve been putting it off because of the cost. At our clinic treatment can begin from $20 a week. We accept Zip Pay, Afterpay, and PayPal Pay in 4. For more complex work like implants or Invisalign, we can connect you with longer-term plans through TLC. No pressure. Just options that make starting easier.

New Patients
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first 60-minute appointment includes a full check-up, professional clean, x-rays (if needed), and a personalised oral health screening. We’ll explain what we see, answer your questions, and outline any next steps.
*Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your medical history form, and bring your health fund card if you’d like to claim on the spot.
