• The discount is applicable at either Beyond Dental Care Burpengary or Sandstone Point. It is available for staff working within businesses located in Burpengary Station Village & The Village Sandstone Point.

• The discounted check-up & clean appointment is priced at $150, originally valued at $299. This package includes fluoride treatment and two small black & white X-rays to detect any decay between old fillings and back teeth.
• A 5% discount is applicable to all other dental treatments.
• This offer extends to the staff members and their immediate family members, including a defacto spouse and dependents.
• To redeem, eligible staff must contact Beyond Dental Care, present valid ID, and provide their workplace information.

• Some of the dentists at Beyond Dental Care offer discretionary pricing discounts for selected patients.
• The current offer entails a $50 discount for patients attending the treatment booked on the day of the treatment plan presentation.
• Eligibility for the discount is determined by the treating dentist and is subject to their discretion.
• The $50 discount is forfeited if the appointment is not attended, for any reason other than rescheduled by the practice.
• The discretionary pricing discounts are subject to availability and are for treatment plans that are greater than or equal to $500.

• You are a current patient at Beyond Dental Care.
• You are an Australian resident over the age of 18.
• The person you refer goes on to have an appointment with us.
• The referred party is not currently a patient.
• The referred party is not currently a dependant of a current patient.
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
• Beyond Dental Care staff are permitted to participate in this promotion.
• eGift Card is not redeemable for cash.
• Lost or stolen eGift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• One $25 eGift card is issued per referral appointment.
• The $25 eGift Card/s will be sent via text message the following calendar month after seeing the new, referred patient.
• If you select to receive a $25 credit for your next dentist appointment it can’t be taken off existing debt or be redeemed for previous treatments or for cash.
• Receiving a $25 credit for your next dentist appointment is not valid for ages 18 & under, or for a patients dependent or QLD Health voucher patients or for patients utilising CDBS (Child Dental Benefit Schedule).

• Free dentistry for kids offer is available for patients who are eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) or have private health insurance extras cover, including dental services.
• Free dentistry for kids in Burpengary – kids with private health are gap-free and we can see eligible CDBS patients.
• Free dentistry for kids in Sandstone Point – only eligible CDBS scheme patients can receive free dental care.
• Offer not available in conjunction with other offers.
• X-rays only taken if needed.
