• There is one prize pack to be won. Entries can be made via the Beyond Dental Care and Jetts Burpengary Instagram accounts. To enter simply, like the giveaway post, follow the Beyond Dental Care & Jetts Burpengary Instagram accounts and share the giveaway post to your Instagram Stories making sure to tag both accounts. This needs to be done with the original post from 11.12.23.
• The winner will be drawn via a random number generator after 9am on 20 December 2023.
• The winner will be announced on both Instagram accounts on 20.12.23 and will also be contacted via a direct message.
• One entry per person.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash and a lost or stolen prize will not be replaced or refunded.

• • For a limited time, parents/guardians can book a check & clean appointment for themselves, and their child aged 0-2 and there will be no charge for their child’s check-up appointment.
  • Appointments can be made directly with the clinic by mentioning the ‘Mum & Me’ dental offer, or via our website – please select either ‘New Patient Mum & Me Appointment’ or ‘Existing Patient Mum & Me Appointment’ on the online booking form.
  • The children’s check-up appointment may include, a comprehensive oral examination, removal of plaque and a topical application of remineralisation agents.
  • Save up to $166 for your child’s dental check-up.
  • Any additional treatments or procedures recommended during the child’s check-up will be subject to regular fees.
  • Mum & Me dental appointments will be scheduled on the same day in the same appointment block and cannot be undertaken separately.
  • Proof of age for your child may be required to ensure eligibility for the free check-up appointment.
  • Beyond Dental Care’s cancellation policy requires that patients give at least 48hrs notice in the event that they cannot attend a scheduled appointment. This allows the appointment time to be allocated to other patients in need of treatment.
  • This promotion is subject to availability. There is a limited number of Mum & Me appointments available each day.
  • This offer is available at either our Burpengary clinic or Sandstone Point clinic.
  • Mum & Me dental appointments are unavailable with Dr Mitesh or Dr Michael.

• eGift Card is not redeemable for cash.
• Lost or stolen eGift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• One $25 eGift card is issued per referral appointment.
• The $25 eGift Card/s will be sent via email the following calendar month after seeing the new, referred patient.
• If you select to receive a $25 credit for your next dentist appointment it can’t be taken off existing debt or be redeemed for previous treatments or for cash.
• Receiving a $25 credit for your next dentist appointment is not valid for ages 18 & under, or for a patients dependent or QLD Health voucher patients or for patients utilising CDBS (Child Dental Benefit Schedule).

• Free dentistry for kids offer is available for patients who are eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) or have private health insurance extras cover, including dental services.
• Free dentistry for kids in Burpengary – kids with private health are gap-free and we can see eligible CDBS patients.
• Free dentistry for kids in Sandstone Point – only eligible CDBS scheme patients can receive free dental care.
• Offer not available in conjunction with other offers.
• X-rays only taken if needed.
