You'll grow
Big-case mentorship directly from our owner, who is a dentist. Monthly CPD evenings, case acceptance training, and room to move into implants and cosmetic dentistry.
You'll be busy
An established book, around 90% booked each week, and about 80 new patients a month for the practice. Your share of this depends on the work you put in.
You'll do real dentistry
An older, financially comfortable community with a lot of failing dental work, arriving mostly by word of mouth.
You'll have time
Longer appointments, and deposits for new patients, big appointments and repeat late-cancellers. Dentists who follow our systems see UTA/FTA under 10% and patient retention consistently over 90%.
You'll have the kit
CBCT, CEREC, iTero, clinical camera, rotary endo and implant equipment.
You'll know where you stand
A Scorecard with your numbers every month and a proper catch-up with our owner (a dentist) every quarter.
You'll have a team behind you
Our management team has been with us 4.5+ years, and nearly half our support team 2+ years. Toxic people don't last here.
You'll have somewhere to go
The clinic needs a Principal Dentist, in a group heading for eight clinics by 2031.

We're looking for a dentist to make our Sandstone Point clinic their long-term home — an established practice on the Bribie Island coast, walking distance to the beach.

The deal
- 40% of collections, independent contractor
- Flexible days (four to five days per week) and start date
- Hours between 8am and 6pm. No weekends.
- Walking distance to the beach
This is not for you if
- The drive to Sandstone Point is going to be a problem. It's a drive. We know.
- You would rather wait until you are perfect than book the case and learn it
- “That'll do” is how you finish a case
- You eat lunch in your car — culture and team integration is so important to us
Requirements: 2+ years in Australian private practice and general AHPRA registration.
