We're looking for a dentist to make our Burpengary clinic their long-term home — a busy, established practice on the Bribie Island coast, less than an hour from Brisbane.

What the role looks like
New patients come through word-of-mouth and our in-house marketing team, so your books fill fast from day one. The focus is comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry, backed by a support team, advanced tech and enough structure that you're never figuring it out alone. We measure how the clinic runs — you'll get your own numbers, and honest conversations about them.
About you
- Current AHPRA registration, with the clinical skill to back it up
- You want real feedback and real numbers on your own performance — not a once-a-year box tick
- You see clinical observation and KPI data as tools for getting better, not a report card to dread
- You take pride in your outcomes and communicate with genuine empathy
- You work well with a team — DAs, reception and other clinicians, not around them
- You're looking for a long-term home, not your next 12-month stop
What you'll get
- 40% commission, four to five days per week, with books at 86% utilisation YTD
