- Promotion Period: The Golden Ticket Smile Rewards campaign runs from September 2, 2024, to October 31, 2024. This promotion is offered by Beyond Dental Care (BDC) and is available to new and existing patients that book and attend a check-up and clean appointment during the promotional period.
- Eligibility: The campaign is open to both new and existing patients. Participants must be over the age of 18 to qualify for the promotion.
- Golden Ticket Placement: Golden tickets will be hidden in the thank-you packs given to patients after their appointments at BDC. There are four golden tickets in total: two at the Burpengary clinic and two at the Sandstone Point clinic.
- Prizes: Each golden ticket entitles the holder to one of the following prizes which will be clearly marked on their ticket:
- A year’s supply of Colgate toothpaste, toothbrushes, and floss, valued at $300.00. There will be enough supplies for a family of up to four people.
- A Colgate Blast valued at $120.00
- Total prize pool valued at $420.00.
- Clinic Locations: Appointments can be made at:
- BDC, Shop 9, 204-208 Bestmann Road East, Sandstone Point, QLD.
- BDC, Shop 10, 9-11 Burpengary Road, Burpengary, QLD.
- Booking and Attendance: To be eligible, patients must book and attend a check-up and clean appointment during the promotional period. Appointments can be booked by calling our Burpengary clinic (Get Directions) at 07 3067 2325 or our Sandstone Point clinic (Get Directions) at 07 5429 5628.
- Winner Selection: Winners will be announced via our social media pages. The prizes must be collected from the clinic where the golden ticket was found.
- Exclusions: This promotion is for Australian residents over the age of 18. BDC staff and their families are not eligible to enter this promotion. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts provided by BDC.
- Prize Conditions: Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. It is a condition of entry that the prize winner agrees that their name and photo may be published on our website and social media channels and/or used in other forms of marketing material by us, without us seeking further approval or the payment of any consideration.
- Modification and Termination: BDC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, due to reasons outside its control (e.g., legal restrictions, technical difficulties).
- Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this promotion, patients agree to these terms and conditions.
- Final Decision: Our decision on all matters relating to the prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
