1. Campaign Period
The Win Your Check-Up & Clean Back campaign runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, patients must:
- Be a new patient to Beyond Dental Care.
- Book and attend a full Check-Up & Clean appointment during the campaign period.
- Be aged 18 years or over.
3. Participating Clinics
This promotion is available at all Beyond Dental Care locations:
- Burpengary
- Sandstone Point
- Hamilton
- Brighton
4. Appointment Inclusions
The New Patient Check-Up & Clean appointment (valued at $299) includes:
- Full dental examination
- Expert clean
- Fluoride treatment
- Up to two small black and white x-rays if clinically required
Additional treatment, imaging or services not included in the appointment will be discussed and quoted separately.
5. Competition Entry
Eligible patients will automatically receive one entry into the draw upon attending their New Patient Check-Up & Clean appointment during the campaign period.
No additional action is required to enter.
6. Prize
Three prizes are available during the campaign period.
Each prize consists of a refund of the patient’s New Patient Check-Up & Clean appointment fee, valued at $299.
One winner will be drawn each month from all eligible entries received across all participating Beyond Dental Care clinic locations during that month.
There will be a total of three winners across the campaign period (July, August and September 2026).
The total prize pool is $897.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash beyond the appointment fee paid.
7. Draw Dates
One winner will be drawn on the first business day of each month following the relevant campaign period from all eligible entries received across all Beyond Dental Care clinic locations.
- July entrants: First business day of August 2026
- August entrants: First business day of September 2026
- September entrants: First business day of October 2026
Draws will be conducted by Beyond Dental Care management.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by phone using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Beyond Dental Care reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. Refund Process
The winning patient’s appointment fee will be refunded using the original payment method where possible. Alternative arrangements may be made at Beyond Dental Care’s discretion.
10. General Conditions
- Appointments are subject to availability.
- Standard Beyond Dental Care cancellation and failure-to-attend policies apply.
- Beyond Dental Care reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary.
- Employees of Beyond Dental Care and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
- By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
11. Marketing & Promotional Consent
By entering the promotion, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the campaign if requested by Beyond Dental Care.
This may include the publication of the winner’s first name, suburb and/or clinic location, along with a photo, testimonial or social media post, subject to the winner’s consent and relevant privacy laws.
Beyond Dental Care will seek permission before publishing any photographs or identifiable personal information.
