Dr. Edgar Evans began his dental career in 2011 as a doctor of dental surgery (DDS) after graduating with honours from Riga Stradiņš University in Latvia. He practiced general dentistry with a focus on periodontics, gaining experience in gum care and restorative treatments. After several years in Latvia, he moved to Ireland, where he focused on treating advanced gum disease and helping patients with complex dental restoration cases.
In November 2024, Dr. Edgar relocated to Australia and joined our dental team in Burpengary. Here, he provides general treatments, orthodontic solutions like clear aligners, and periodontal care. Patients appreciate his empathetic approach and his ability to explain procedures clearly, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable throughout their visits.
I believe dentistry isn’t just about treating teeth but about helping patients feel comfortable and understood. Many people are nervous about dental visits, and I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where they can feel confident and in control.
