Dr Wei was born in Malaysia and graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2014. Before settling in the Moreton Bay region, Dr Wei practised her craft in private practices in Gladstone and Northern New South Wales.
Dr Wei is kind and gentle and does a fantastic job explaining the treatment in plain English. She loves all aspects of dentistry and does an excellent and efficient extraction. Dr Wei is proficient in the art of relaxing dentistry and often works with nitrous oxide (happy gas) for nervous patients.
Dr Wei loves to learn and extend her skill set, often travelling interstate to learn from experts. She recently completed courses on creating anti-snoring splints, helping our patients and their partners get a great night of sleep!
You’ll likely find Dr Wei up a mountain when she isn’t in the clinic. She loves being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. She is well-loved by the staff for surprising and spoiling them with gourmet treats.

Dr. Eshaan, a 2023 Griffith University graduate, brings current dental knowledge to patient care. He specialises in oral surgery, aesthetic dentistry, and root canal treatments. Using advanced digital technologies, Dr. Eshaan offers same-day crowns and digital smile design, providing patients with a preview of potential results in a single visit.
“I believe in the power of education,” Dr. Eshaan shares. “I’m constantly learning new techniques to ensure you receive the most up-to-date, efficient care possible.” This commitment means you’ll always have access to the latest and best in dental care.
At the heart of Dr. Eshaan’s practice is a simple philosophy: your comfort and well-being come first. Whether you’re in for a routine check-up or a full mouth rehabilitation, you can trust that Dr. Eshaan will treat you with the same care and attention he’d give to his own family.
He has trained with experts in advanced treatments like dental implants and jaw bone restoration, expanding the range of solutions he can offer. Certified in advanced imaging, including CBCT (3D x-ray imaging) and OPG (full mouth x-ray), Dr. Eshaan provides precise diagnoses and treatment planning.

Charmi is our gentle and kind Dental Prosthetist, who works wonders with our denture patients. Originally from India, Charmi qualified as a Dentist before moving to Australia and undertaking a Bachelor of Dental Prosthetics. She received the Karl Ring Award for academic and clinical excellence upon graduation, and now also works as a Clinical Tutor for dental prosthetics students.
She is an avid learner and actively attends study clubs and conferences to keep up with her professional development. She recently did a presentation at the 25th Biennial national conference of ADPA, incorporating the 11th World Symposium on Denturism.
She has exceptional skills in all areas of dental prosthetics, and combined with her calm and understanding approach, she has become an instant hit with our patients. If not at work, you’ll find her exploring new places to travel and dine, with her partner.

Dr Neha graduated in 2013, and after honing her skills in a world-leading dental hospital, she moved to Brisbane in 2016, joining our Sandstone Point practice. Dr Neha is now the principal dentist of our Sandstone Point practice for good reason. Passionate about preventative and cosmetic dentistry, Dr Neha takes time to get to know her patients, providing education and excellent advice on achieving optimum oral health.
Her gentle and calm approach, combined with her exceptional skills and knowledge of current dental trends, make her a favourite with patients from all walks of life.
When she is not at the practice, Dr Neha spends time with her young family and fur baby, at the gym or playing tennis, honing her artistic skills, or learning about practical philosophy. Apparently, she finds time to sleep at some stage too.

Originally hailing from Canada, Dr Nick moved to Australia to study dentistry at the University of Queensland, and he now calls Australia his home. Dr Nick is passionate about helping people, loves learning and works hard to continuously improve his skill set in line with current dental trends.
He recognises the value of truly gentle dentistry and delights in providing confident and happy smiles. Dr Nick is genuinely passionate about oral health and has even travelled to Rwanda in Africa as part of a dental service trip.
When Nick is not at the dental clinic, you will not find him sitting still. He loves being active, playing squash, coaching tennis, and participating in triathlons. Nick also has a secret skill and passion-based side hustle – he works as a mobile Teppanyaki chef, entertaining and feeding people in the comforts of their own homes!

A graduate of the University of Sheffield in the UK, Dr Zaw has been providing the best possible care to his patients, having practised in both Singapore and the UK before moving to Australia. He is passionate about keeping his skill sharp and updated, recently completing further education and training in root canal treatment, surgical extractions, nitrous sedation and aesthetic dentistry.
Dr Zaw is excellent at working with patients with dental anxiety, taking extra time to understand and explain procedures to help patients feel at ease. Dr Zaw prides himself on providing his patient with the best possible dental experience, always striving for high standards and long-term results.
When not in his scrubs, Dr Zaw can be found in his activewear, playing tennis, badminton, soccer or hiking. He is also a keen photographer and he loves spending time with his puppy.

Dr. Divya Arun is a dedicated dentist who graduated from James Cook University, Cairns in 2020. Currently, Dr. Arun is pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Oral Implants, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
In addition to his ongoing studies, Dr. Arun has completed numerous specialised courses, including Soft and Hard Tissue Augmentation, Prosthodontics with a focus on Veneers, Occlusion, and Digital Smile Design. He is also skilled in the therapeutic use of muscle relaxants, adding another dimension to his comprehensive dental practice.

Sarah brings to Beyond Dental Care nearly two decades of experience in operations, client services, business development and general management from the healthcare, construction and property industries.
She’s a passionate ‘people person’ who strives to build and facilitate excellence in all areas of our team with a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up approach.
Sarah loves being busy and working in a fast-paced environment. She highly values continuing education and is currently studying for her Master of Business Administration, which helps facilitate our differentiated approach.
When she isn’t working, studying or napping, Sarah loves spending time with her partner Steve, their six kids and two dogs. In her spare time, you can find her at karaoke, dancing (badly but enthusiastically) in her kitchen, trying to keep her beloved plants alive (with limited success), and dreaming about Christmas.
Jo has been working in the dental industry for over 20 years, which is a testament to how much she loves her job, how passionate she is about oral health, and how excited Jo gets when she has a hand in transforming our patients’ smiles.

Jo is a highly experienced dental assistant, advocate, and educator, who loves to be by your side and hold your hand if needed while your smile is transformed. A true local, Jo grew up in our beautiful beachside town. After travelling extensively around our great country and overseas, Jo came back home to raise her family. Going above and beyond is all in a day’s work for Jo, whose professional mission is to make all our clients happy and healthy.
Our Sandstone Point Practice Manager, Lisa, cut her teeth (pardon the pun) and obtained her Certificate III in Dental Assisting in a well-respected Northern Territory dental surgery in 2015. Since then, she has fully committed herself to all things dental. Lisa has extensive knowledge and experience in many areas of the clinic. She’s a very hands-on manager, training and helping the team wherever needed.
Lisa is passionate about patient care and will always go the extra mile to ensure our patients have a wonderful experience with us. Her efficiency and level-headedness only match her enthusiasm.
In her downtime, Lisa loves to spend time with her fur babies, King and Stella. Also, her husband Nathan, sometimes. She is very family-oriented, and loves spending time with them at the beach, camping or competing in games night.

Meet Dominic, Beyond Dental Care’s Client Services Manager, one of the rare few that ironically does not come from a clinical background. Graduating with a Creative Industries degree and Certificate in Business Studies, Dominic realised that creativity was a learned behaviour that could be applied across disciplines beyond the Arts – a revelation that still carries him throughout his career today.
His style of customer service was honed and forged over several years of experience in the hospitality industry – from being a waiter during his studies, to becoming a Bartender, WSET certified Sommelier and Restaurant Manager. He takes pride in delivering his guests an experience that makes them feel warm, welcome, and familiar – like that one friend that you rarely see, but when you do meet, it’s like it was just yesterday.
Whenever Dominic visits a dentist, he’s just about as nervous as you are when he walks through the door. However, pairing that with his experience and style of service, he sees his role as unique challenge to not only elevate, but also positively transform the client’s perception of experiencing that “trip to the dentist”.
On the days he is not wearing a uniform or apron, you’ll find Dominic with his boots on the ground – finding solace and calm to the tune of nature or chaos from of a day of playing skirmish sports with the boys.
