Sarah brings to Beyond Dental Care nearly two decades of experience in operations, client services, business development and general management from the healthcare, construction and property industries.

She’s a passionate ‘people person’ who strives to build and facilitate excellence in all areas of our team with a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up approach.

Sarah loves being busy and working in a fast-paced environment. She highly values continuing education and is currently studying for her Master of Business Administration, which helps facilitate our differentiated approach.

When she isn’t working, studying or napping, Sarah loves spending time with her partner Steve, their six kids and two dogs. In her spare time, you can find her at karaoke, dancing (badly but enthusiastically) in her kitchen, trying to keep her beloved plants alive (with limited success), and dreaming about Christmas.

Jo has been working in the dental industry for over 20 years, which is a testament to how much she loves her job, how passionate she is about oral health, and how excited Jo gets when she has a hand in transforming our patients’ smiles.

Jo will explain your treatment to you in easy-to-understand steps, and she’s there to help you with anything you need during your dental journey. Jo is a highly experienced dental assistant, advocate, and educator, who loves to be by your side and hold your hand if needed while your smile is transformed. She understands the need for affordable dental treatment and will help you fit your dental dreams into your lifestyle.

A true local, Jo grew up in our beautiful beachside town. After travelling extensively around our great country and overseas, Jo came back home to raise her family. Going above and beyond is all in a day’s work for Jo, whose professional mission is to make all our clients happy and healthy.

Our Sandstone Point Practice Manager, Lisa, cut her teeth (pardon the pun) and obtained her Certificate III in Dental Assisting in a well-respected Northern Territory dental surgery in 2015. Since then, she has fully committed herself to all things dental. Lisa has extensive knowledge and experience in many areas of the clinic. She’s a very hands-on manager, training and helping the team wherever needed.

Lisa is passionate about patient care and will always go the extra mile to ensure our patients have a wonderful experience with us. Her efficiency and level-headedness only match her enthusiasm.

In her downtime, Lisa loves to spend time with her fur babies, King and Stella. Also, her husband Nathan, sometimes. She is very family-oriented, and loves spending time with them at the beach, camping or competing in games night.

Meet Dominic, Beyond Dental Care’s Client Services Manager, one of the rare few that ironically does not come from a clinical background. Graduating with a Creative Industries degree and Certificate in Business Studies, Dominic realised that creativity was a learned behaviour that could be applied across disciplines beyond the Arts – a revelation that still carries him throughout his career today.

His style of customer service was honed and forged over several years of experience in the hospitality industry – from being a waiter during his studies, to becoming a Bartender, WSET certified Sommelier and Restaurant Manager. He takes pride in delivering his guests an experience that makes them feel warm, welcome, and familiar – like that one friend that you rarely see, but when you do meet, it’s like it was just yesterday.

Whenever Dominic visits a dentist, he’s just about as nervous as you are when he walks through the door. However, pairing that with his experience and style of service, he sees his role as unique challenge to not only elevate, but also positively transform the client’s perception of experiencing that “trip to the dentist”.

On the days he is not wearing a uniform or apron, you’ll find Dominic with his boots on the ground – finding solace and calm to the tune of nature or chaos from of a day of playing skirmish sports with the boys.
