What You Need to Know:

To help us reserve your treatment time and prepare for your care, a non-refundable deposit is required for treatment plans valued at $2,000 or more.

deposit is required to secure your first treatment appointment. Your dentist will advise you of the deposit required based on your upcoming treatment.

This deposit will be credited toward your overall treatment cost.

3.

Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received.

4.

The deposit is non-refundable, unless Beyond Dental Care cancels or reschedules your appointment and no suitable alternative can be arranged.

5.

If you need to reschedule and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will simply transfer to your new appointment.

6.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or don’t attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
