Free Smile Makeover Consultations

1. This offer provides a complimentary Smile Makeover Consultation at no cost to the patient. The consultation is valued at up to $390 and involves a clinical assessment and discussion of potential treatment options.
2. The Free Smile Makeover Consult may be used to assess suitability for cosmetic and restorative dental treatments, including:
   • Veneers
   • Clear aligners (including Invisalign)
   • Dental implants
   • Professional teeth whitening
   • Dental bonding
3. Where clinically required, additional diagnostic services such as dental x-rays, photographs for clinical records, or CBCT scans are not included in the complimentary consultation and may incur an additional fee.
4. Appointments must be booked and attended to access the offer, with a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Patients who fail to attend their appointment or cancel without adequate notice may forfeit eligibility for the offer.
5. The offer is limited to one complimentary Smile Makeover Consultation per patient, unless otherwise approved by the clinic.
6. This offer is available to new and existing patients of Beyond Dental Care.
7. The consultation provides general information about potential treatment options. Suitability, costs, timeframes, expected outcomes, and risks will be discussed by the treating dentist. Outcomes vary between patients and not all patients will be suitable for all treatments.
8. Implant consultations may involve a more detailed assessment depending on individual circumstances. Potential implant options may include single tooth implants, implant bridges, implant overdentures, and All on 4 or All on 6. Final treatment recommendations will be determined by the treating dentist following clinical assessment.
9. Treatment will only proceed if it is deemed clinically appropriate by the treating dentist and accepted by the patient.
10. If treatment proceeds, before and after photographs may be taken for clinical records and treatment planning. Patients may be asked for permission to use images for marketing or educational purposes. Written consent will always be obtained prior to any use.
11. This offer is valid with selected dentists only. Participating clinicians will be confirmed during the booking process.
12. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
13. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative treatments.
